It’s a fully self-contained space where you can relax and enjoy a break and comfortably hosts up to 8 guests. The beach house has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, a powder room, and a warm outdoor shower to rinse off after a day on the beach.
Furnished with functional, beautiful furniture with reverse cycle air conditioning, it’s a perfect getaway any time of the year.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and a Nespresso coffee pod machine.
The alfresco area offers a space to enjoy the outdoors, and outdoor dining with BBQ. The backyard with it’s lawn area are fully secured which gives that extra peace of mind for a relaxing holiday! There is an outdoor tv to watch all your favourite sports or enjoy a movie on warm summer evenings.
The 4 bedrooms have 5 Star Hotel -Motel King Size beds. Each end can be set up with as either 2 King Size beds or as 1 King Size bed and 2 King Single beds. Quality linen and towels are supplied.
Take a stroll past Denison House along the Irwin River into town or a walk along the boardwalk to the Port Denison Marina and foreshore. Or launch a canoe, kayak, or SUP at the bottom of the street.
