Raceview House is a modern and spacious 4 bedroom home situated in Dongara, a 5-minute walk to the beach and ocean views from the front.

Guests will access four spacious bedrooms (3 x queens, 1 x king single). One large bathroom and an ensuite and laundry.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan living area and an ample dining setting seating eight people. There is a freestanding gas fire for those cosy winter nights.

A smart TV and DVD player in the living area is provided, and a TV in the main bedroom.

The alfresco with BBQ and outdoor setting provides an inviting space to relax & enjoy the ambience & fairy lights, raised gardens out the back taking in the sweeping Race Course and rural vistas.

 Ample parking, including an undercover for the boat and a secure double garage.

Our home is family-friendly with plenty of toys for the kids, a highchair and a porta cot.

Whether travelling for work, a weekend getaway or a family holiday, Raceview House has everything you need and more to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay.
