What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?

All check ins are 2pm.  Check-out no later than 10 am unless agreed with management.

Can I cancel my bookings?

We understand that under certain circumstances, you may need to change your plans. Please be aware that cancellation fees do apply.

Due to COVID – we will refund the deposit/ full payment in full if we have another outbreak and travel is affected.

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON EARLY DEPARTURES.
Cancellation more than 28 days before the guest’s stay – a full refund will be made less an administration fee of $20, Cancellation 21 to 7 days before guest stay – will retain the deposit.

Do I need to bring my own Linen and Towels?

All linen is supplied including bath towels. Beds are made ready.

Do I have to clean the house before leaving?

The Guests responsibility ensures that all doors and windows are securely locked and that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. This means that guests must wash and put away crockery, glass wear & cooking utensils, remove all foodstuff from the refrigerator; properly dispose of rubbish in bins provided, put away books and toys, sweep up excess dirt and sand on the floors. Extra cleaning charges will apply if the house is not left in a clean and tidy condition.

When do I get my bond back?

Bond is held until vacate and refunded within 7 days of departure.

Can I bring my dog?

Negotiable, but only some houses allow pets.

Can I book one of your houses for leavers?

No leavers accepted.

Can I have a Party or Wedding at the house?

Parties / weddings – negotiable must be discussed prior to booking and a $500 bond to be paid.

What are Low, High and Peak Season?

Low Season – May, June, July & August – Excluding July School Holidays (School holidays during July are charged at high season rates & are a minimum 3 nights unless otherwise advised) Minimum 2 nights

High Season – February, March, April, September, October & November (July School Holidays) Minimum Stay -High season & long weekends: 3 nights

Peak Season – December 15th – 31st January Minimum stay – 5 nights

Easter -Minimum stay Easter: 4 nights

All other school holidays are a minimum of 3 nights. We will accept 2 nights during the high season; however, this will incur a $100 laundry & cleaning fee.
